Interagropack wins in the competition "Ukrainian Star of Packing 2017"

Interagropack Company won the annual competition, held since 1999 by the Club of packagers in Ukraine for the best packaging solutions - "Ukrainian Star of Packaging."

The competition was attended by companies and firms, designers, advertising agencies, who are designers and manufacturers of packaging products in the territory of Ukraine, as well as future designers - students of Ukrainian Universities. All samples submitted to the competition are implemented into production and used for different types of products. The appraisal of packaging samples, submitted to the contest, was held by paying attention to the characteristics of the material, construction, design, manufacturing technology, ease of use, efficiency and safety, the possibility of recycling, etc.

Interagropack submitted for the contest the polypropylene cup – DestoCUP, decorated with a special cardboard with full-color and high-quality offset printing, with protective lacquer and formed cardboard bottom, which was an additional rigidity rib and decor element. DestoCUP packaging was made at Interagropack production, using new German equipment of Weyhmueller, and had no analogues in Ukraine.

In addition to premium appearance, which allows DestoCUP to be used for VIP-segment products, this type of packaging is ideal for bulk dry diary product, which in the course of preparation filled with boiling water, when the cardboard shell is performing thermal barrier function, and PP is one of the most resistant to temperature influences the polymer.

The award ceremony took place on March 2 at the International Exhibition of Packaging Industry "Pack Expo".
